CNC5003 is a state-of-the-art CNC machine, designed from the ground up to industrial standards for durability and process stability. The machine is specifically engineered for wood, panel materials, plastics, foam, composites, and light alloys.

Additional information

• The vacuum table is divided into 6 zones, each with an individual valve. Each zone features 36 individually sealed vacuum points, providing a total of 216 individually sealable vacuum points.
• Electrospindle: Our standard spindle motor is a high-power 11 kW unit with HSK63F. The spindle is driven by an inverter and reaches speeds up to 24,000 rpm. The spindle motor is equipped with ceramic bearings.

• Automatic Tool Changer (ATC): The machine comes with a 12-position tool changer mounted on the gantry for fast tool changes.
• The ATC magazine is conveniently accessed via a hatch for easy maintenance.
