1 x 90 m³ aluminum silo with extended base ring and filter housing, ø 3,000 mm. Designed for a specific gravity of 0.6 kg/dm³ (formerly used as a flour and starch silo).

Insulation: approx. 100 mm mineral wool with bolted cover sheet (cover sheet partially damaged, but can be repaired by us).

Connections and fittings:

On the silo roof:
- 1 x circumferential roof guard rail (ø 1,800 x 1,200 mm) with two access openings
- 1 x hinged manhole with protective grid DN 600
- 1 x access ladder to filter housing
- 2 x crane lugs

In the filter housing:
- 1 x flange DN 100 for filling line
- 4 x vent openings DN 600 with filter bags
- 3 x connection ports for control/measurement technology

On the silo shell:
- 1 x ventilation grid (filter housing)
- 1 x filling line
- 1 x personnel door (approx. 1,850 x 800 mm)

The silo terminates in a 60° cone NW 1500 with inspection opening. The cone is equipped with a fluidized bed (compressed air) and a rotary valve. The silo is not equipped with rupture discs or explosion protection devices.
