The SYNCHRO-TAPPER is a fully electric thread cutting unit.
Its performance ranges from M2 to M10 in steel, with a speed range from 220 to 1750 rpm.
The device works according to the lead screw principle, i.e. it can
be converted at any time to a thread pitch between 0.25 and 2 mm by replacing two interchangeable wheels, which corresponds to thread sizes from M1 to M14.
This solution is much faster and more cost-effective than changing a lead cartridge.
In one operation, rapid advance, thread cutting and rapid return are performed automatically.
The unit can be mounted in any position and can also be retrofitted with a multi-spindle head.
