If the offered item is a used item, the warranty period is 12 months if the buyer acts as a consumer within the meaning of §13 BGB. If the buyer acts as an entrepreneur within the meaning of §14 BGB, any warranty is excluded.

If the offered items are new, the warranty period is 24 months if the buyer acts as a consumer within the meaning of §13 BGB. If the buyer acts as an entrepreneur within the meaning of §14 BGB, the warranty period is 12 months.
