Horizontal Band Sawmill

CORMAK S910

The CORMAK S910 band sawmill is a technologically advanced machine designed for professional cutting of large-diameter logs. Powered by a 22 HP petrol engine, this wood sawmill is ideal for locations without access to mains electricity, while maintaining high cutting precision and efficiency. The machine is suitable for both mobile sawmills and wood processing facilities.

Main Advantages
The RATO R670 22 HP petrol engine provides complete independence from the electrical grid.
Maximum cutting width of 910 mm without guides.
Maximum cutting width of 750 mm with guides.
Maximum cutting thickness of 475 mm allows the processing of large-diameter logs.
The four-column construction ensures stable guidance and low vibration levels.
Dynamically balanced cast-iron drive wheels ensure precise and smooth blade operation.
The cooling and lubrication system protects the blade against overheating and extends its service life.
Manual feed and cutting unit height adjustment allow the machine to be adapted to different types of wood.

Construction and Technology
The CORMAK S910 is built on a reinforced bed made of steel profiles and features a four-column cutting unit guidance system, providing high rigidity and cutting precision even during prolonged operation. The 35 mm wide and 4000 mm long bandsaw blade operates at a speed of 17 m/s, producing a kerf of only 1.4–2.2 mm, which significantly reduces material waste.

Cutting Precision and Efficiency
The blade height can be adjusted from 47 mm to 740 mm, allowing the log to be precisely divided into multiple sections. The 6000 mm track length makes it possible to process even very long workpieces. A solid guide and adjustable stops stabilize the material being processed, positively affecting cutting repeatability and quality.

Applications
The CORMAK S910 wood sawmill is designed for use in mobile sawmills, wood processing plants, forestry operations, and companies producing sawn timber. It is ideally suited for cutting both softwood and hardwood.
