Flour silo

The silo system works based on negative pressure and works without any problems. (no transport spindles)
The flour is currently conveyed over a length of 30 meters and 2 bends (90 degrees).
The filling quantity is regulated by the actual weight in the weighing hopper.
The flour silo consists roughly of the following components:

+Control (Siemens/Daxner)
-with 5-fold component weighing
-Recipe storage
+Water conveying with temperature control

+3 aluminum silos (ATS)
-Capacity approx. 5 t each
-Modular design to adapt to room height
-with aluminum feet
-Automatic loosening
The silo tanks are easy to clean (no corners)
The silo tanks can be dismantled into individual parts, so removal is absolutely problem-free.

+ Scale/filling hopper (emptying)
+ Flour sieving system is integrated into the weighing hopper. + Water tank is located on the weighing hopper

The silo can be dismantled from week 11
The silo is fully functional and can be inspected in operation.
