Description:
The BPT 1000 long trough vibratory finishing machine from ERBA, equipped with dual motors, is ideally suited for ball burnishing or processing heavy workpieces. Thanks to its two powerful motors, it is capable of moving even particularly heavy processing media and provides sufficient pressure on the workpieces.

The unit features a durable, hot-cast polyurethane lining. Discharge or separation is carried out via bottom discharge (manual/pneumatic). Insertable dividers allow the work container to be partitioned into sections for individual processing of parts. The machine is equipped with an electrical control cabinet and can optionally be fitted with a fully automatic PLC process control. Motor speed can be continuously adjusted using a frequency converter (optional).

The stated price is net, plus the currently applicable statutory VAT and freight costs.
