Heidelberg CutStar XL 75 – Roll-to-Sheet Feeder

For sale: Heidelberg CutStar XL 75, an industrial roll-to-sheet feeding and cutting system designed for integration with Heidelberg Speedmaster XL 75 sheetfed offset printing presses.

The CutStar system enables printing materials to be fed directly from rolls, automatically cut into individual sheets, and transferred to the printing press.

This solution allows printing companies to use roll-fed materials in sheetfed offset production, helping to optimize material costs and improve production efficiency.

The system is offered together with a Corona Plasma Plus surface treatment unit.

Operating History and Condition

The system was previously installed on a Heidelberg Speedmaster XL 75 printing press with over 200 million impressions.

The equipment was fully operational and in very good technical condition before dismantling.

The entire system was professionally dismantled by Heidelberg Polska technicians, ensuring proper disassembly and preparation for transportation.

The equipment is currently dismantled, secured, and stored in our warehouse on transport pallets.

Due to its dismantled condition, a live operational demonstration is not currently possible.
