Complete high-pressure aluminum die casting cell built around the IDRA NEO 1000 machine, featuring the patented 5S regenerative injection system and DCP energy-saving hydraulics – up to 54% energy saving during accumulator recharge.
Machine & core systems:

5S regenerative injection – closed-loop, single-valve speed control, injection speeds up to 10 m/s, no cavitation, independent intensification cylinder for final pressure
DCP Drive Controlled Pump system – master/slave pumps, reduced motor size, accumulator charging independent of closing and core-pull
Idra Inject Computer IC 3.2 – Siemens S7-1500 PLC, 18.5" multi-touch supervision, 3D diagnostics, Industry 4.0 / OPC UA ready, Profinet decentralized architecture
Clamping unit – Block-Control "I" tie-bar monitoring with automatic clamping-force adjustment, laser-controlled sliding shoes, hydraulic die-height adjustment, automatic toggle lubrication
