• Constant working height thanks to adjustable top section

• 1st unit equipped with a grooved rubber contact roller of proven hardness
• Pneumatically (program controlled) adjustable contact roller; contact roller height continuously adjustable according to a sanding grit scale
• 2nd unit equipped with an electronically controlled, segmented sanding pad (segment width 35 mm) and quick-change graphite wear strip
• Parallel spring-mounted, ground steel pressure roller at the infeed
• Rubber-coated pressure rollers between sanding units and at the outfeed
• Motor: 15 kW (20 HP), 400 V/50 Hz, with soft start for reduced current draw during startup
• Motorized, fine-adjustable height adjustment with digital display
• Belt tensioning, tracking, and oscillation are pneumatically controlled, compressed air consumption approx. 4 l/min
