Lamina GL2200

The Lamina GL2200 gluing machine is designed for manual and semi-automatic gluing of cardboard packaging and POS materials. In the gluing process, two types of dispersion adhesives can be used: hot and cold. The machine uses both hot and dispersion adhesives. The machine is designed for manual feeding of cut materials and materials with precision grooves.

The adhesive system applies adhesive to a predetermined length and position as the material passes through the workpiece. The pressure roller system ensures a perfect grip. The equipment's maximum working width is 2200 mm, which allows gluing large-format products. Thanks to the multi-functionality of the settings, the materials being glued can have different thicknesses.

Can be completed with WS 2220 Working Station
The Lamina Working Station is an option for the Lamina Gluer. The product is fed through the Gluer that will
apply the programmed glue lines and continue into the Working Station where it is positioned on the vacuum
belts. The second piece is mounted and positioned by using side lays and pneumatic stops for high quality
finishing. The unit is adjustable to suit a range of products from single to multi part displays, boxes, large back
supports, shelves and many more.
