Carton Cutting Machine Type Vision 2800 Automatic
for processing endless corrugated board from the stack

Machine Description:

The machine listed here belongs to the series of static operating machines, i.e. the processing operations across the width of the machine are performed while the cardboard is at rest. The machine is designed for high productivity. The maximum working width of the carton is 2,800 mm. All tool settings are performed automatically.

1) Main Machine Body (Carton Cutting Automat):

- Linear cross-cutting unit for head-to-foot cutting and cross scoring of the cardboard
- 1 linear cross-creasing unit for transverse creasing of the cardboard (supplied as cross creaser, cross creaser with perforation option)
- 7 longitudinal creasing units from above for longitudinal creasing of the cardboard
- Longitudinal cutting units for performing the longitudinal cuts

2) 4-Compartment Carton Magazines

- 5 carton magazines provide supply and feed of raw corrugated board to the processing machine
- Stack height of endless corrugated up to max. 1,400 mm possible

3) Control Cabinet, Controls, Electronics:

- Contains all components required for operating and controlling the system. Control cabinet components are Siemens-based.
