For sale is a powerful and regularly maintained Lindner Komet 2200 HP secondary shredder, year of construction 2019, from our existing industrial waste processing plant.

The machine was used for the secondary shredding of processed material for the production of substitute fuels (SFS) and was permanently integrated into our stationary production line.

### Equipment and Features

Powerful belt drive with ABB asynchronous motors and frequency inverters to adjust the shredding performance to the respective material.

Hydraulic feed system for controlled material feed, reusable replaceable knives, and hydraulically pivoting screening unit and stripping comb for maintenance work.

### Maintenance and Servicing

The machine was regularly and carefully maintained and serviced throughout its service life.

A separate maintenance contract exists with the manufacturer, Lindner Recyclingtech, for the Komet 2200 HP. In addition to the scheduled maintenance, necessary repairs and wear parts were continuously replaced.

Important maintenance measures:

- 2025: Complete clutch replaced.
- Regular rotor resurfacing: The rotor is completely resurfaced at regular intervals to repair worn areas and extend its service life.

Maintenance and service records are available and can be viewed upon request.

### Protected Housing of the Control Cabinets

The associated control cabinets are located in a separate control room and are thus protected from dust and dirt from the production environment.

### Spare Parts

Various available spare parts are included in the scope of delivery and will be handed over to the buyer upon purchase.

The sale is taking place due to the modernization and restructuring of our existing recycling plant.

An on-site inspection is possible after prior arrangement.

### Dismantling and Loading

We will personally assist the buyer on-site during dismantling and loading and supervise the work to ensure a smooth process.
