Production lines for fruit and vegetable preserves. A significant portion of the equipment is newer – from 2011 and 2014 – supplemented by older, robust machines that have proven their reliability through years of continuous operation. The machines are sold as a complete line.

Line capacity (based on an example product) – approximately 1200 liter jars/hour (~1.5 tons/hour). This translates to approximately 28,800 jars/day, or ~36 tons/day.

(II) Process flow:

1. Product dosing – into buckets, jars (2 dosing machines)
2. Filling – bottles (filling machine), cans (dosing machine + seamer)
3. Thermal processing – boiling tank, evaporators (juice/puree concentration), tube pasteurizer (liquid product before filling)
4. Packaging closing – sealers (bottles, jars), capping machine
5. Sterilization/pasteurization of finished packaging – autoclave (cans, jars), tunnel pasteurizers (3 units)
6. Labeling – labelers for bottles, jars and cartons
7. Collective packaging – heat tunnels (shrink film), conveyors
