2. Lower deck: woven screen stretched longitudinally, made of stainless steel 1.4301 (304) or spring steel with square openings of 1.0 x 1.0 mm, for a separation limit of approximately 0.8-1.0 mm.
A ball-type device is installed under ¾ of the lower screen deck to assist in the screening process of fine fractions and to aid in the self-cleaning of the screen.
