The MADO MEW 723 mixing grinder combines mixing and chopping in a single machine. MADO officially classifies it as one of its automatic mixing grinders. It is designed for industrial butcher shops, meat processing plants, and meat processing workshops. It can be used to prepare chopped products, fillings, seasoned mixtures, or bases for sausage production. Its 120-liter hopper is suitable for professional production while minimizing transfers between two separate pieces of equipment.

Operation of the MADO MEW 723

The mixing device distributes the pieces of meat, spices, and other ingredients before they pass through the cutting system. The central arm has four mixing profiles. Then, the screw conveyor regularly directs the product towards the cutting system.

Depending on the configuration, the manufacturer offers, among other options, a five-piece Unger B98 system or an Enterprise size 32 system. Unger D114, E130, or Enterprise E52 systems can also be used in some versions. Therefore, the exact configuration of this machine must be visually confirmed before announcing its cutting system.

This arrangement improves the consistency of the recipes and reduces intermediate handling. The operator can thus prepare a uniform mixture before packaging, portioning, stuffing, or shaping.

According to the manufacturer, the MEW 723 can also process large pieces and materials that have been hardened by cold. However, the actual permissible temperature depends on the installed equipment and the nature of the product. Therefore, the machine is suitable for lines where the consistency of the mixing and particle size directly influences the final quality.

Cleaning and integration into a line

The stainless steel frame meets the common requirements of the food processing environment. The manufacturer also provides a reversing function, a rinsing chamber, a removable mixing device, and a removable cutting body. These elements facilitate access to the work areas, cleaning, and maintenance operations.

A screw extraction tool is also indicated in the model's documentation. Consequently, teams can more easily organize production changes and maintenance operations.

The MADO MEW 723 mixing grinder can be placed after the cutting or preparation of the raw materials. Subsequently, it can feed a stuffer, a former, a portioning machine, or a packaging line. This integration reduces manual steps, improves production continuity, and promotes more consistent quality.

However, options such as integrated cooling, a cartilage and nerve separator, a frequency inverter, or a reinforced drive should only be mentioned if their presence is confirmed on the machine.
