Web Indexing: Digital electronic web registration system with a zero-backlash indexing drive.

Unwind Unit: 1,000-metre unwind capacity, powered nip with loop feed to a vacuum tension drum for consistent web tension.

Rewind: Separate label and matrix rewinders with independent rewind motors, reversible for both inside and outside rewinding operations.

Foil Indexing: Two servo-driven foil pull units with quick-release nip rollers for efficient foil management.

Direct Remote Access Unit: Enables direct remote access to the Newfoil machine via the Internet. The unit connects to your company network using a standard Ethernet cable. Firewall-friendly, utilizing a fully secure SSL-based VPN tunnel.

Temperature Control: Digital temperature control with LED display, ranging from 0°C to 400°C.

Operating Speed: Variable speed servo drive. Maximum throughput: 18,000 impressions per hour; minimum: 2,000 impressions per hour.

Guarding: Fully enclosed “Clear View” guarding system with interlocked doors in compliance with current E.C. safety regulations.
