The combi-steamer is from the latest SCC series, featuring triple glazing and LED lighting. The unit has undergone inspection in our in-house workshop and is fully functional.

This combi-steamer accommodates 5x 400x600mm trays. In automatic mode, the unit independently detects 7 applications (meat, fish, poultry, side dishes, egg dishes, baked goods, and finishing), optimally selecting cooking paths, product size, loading quantity, and product-specific requirements.
