PRASMATIC

The PM13 wrapping machine is the latest generation from PRAS-MATIC and incorporates all the technical features required for high-speed shrink film packaging.

The PM13, which operates without a sealing bar, utilizes a single lower film reel. With a continuous-motion process and a rotating knife, the polyethylene film is precisely cut to length and wrapped around the products by four rotating rods.

This unique operating principle enables exceptionally high running speeds by eliminating the bottlenecks of conventional sealing bar systems. The film unwinding, feed, and cutting mechanisms are all electronically controlled.

The PM13 is engineered for high-speed shrink wrapping of:
- Cans
- PVC and PET bottles (with cup or petaloid base)
- Jars
