Praxair CoArc 9910:
The central control console. It features a modern touch display, on which the operator can linearly set and monitor all parameters (voltage, current, wire feed speed, and atomizing air pressure).

Praxair 9935:
The associated arc spraying gun. It uses a pull principle (or push-pull in combination with the console) to feed the two metal wires precisely and smoothly into the arc.

Maximum current capacity: 350 amps at 100% duty cycle. Wire diameter (standard): 1.6 mm (14 ga) or 2.0 mm (or 1/16 inch to 2.0 mm depending on the installed feed rollers and nozzle kits). Spraying rate (throughput): Up to 20 kg/h (e.g., with zinc or zinc-aluminum wires). Wire feed principle: Powerful air or electric motor directly in the gun (pull principle).

TAFA TCV-400:
The power supply (inverter) of the system. It is a robust, industrial rectifier (380V/400V connection) that provides constant voltage and the necessary energy to maintain the arc between the wires. The "400" indicates the maximum or rated capacity of the transformer, although the 9910 system is typically operated at up to 350 amps.
