ProSort

1) Conveyor belt with hopper: 1 unit
Conveyor length: 8000 mm, working width: 600 mm,
Hopper: length 3000 mm, width 2000 mm, height 1500 mm from the ground,
EP 400/3 rubber belt with chevron pattern, 16 mm cleats,
Transfer speed regulated by an inverter, max. 0.2 m/s, conveyor belt with STOP safety switch.

2) Sorting conveyor: 1 unit. Conveyor length: 10000 mm, conveyor working width: 950 mm, height: 1400 mm to the top of the belt. Height: 1500 mm to the top of the sides.
The conveyor sides are made of galvanized steel, the EP 400/3 rubber belt is smooth, and the conveyor sides are 100 mm.
A hopper with a height of 600 mm on both sides and a width of 1000 mm. The conveyor speed is regulated by an inverter with a maximum speed of 0.3 m/s.

3) Work platform: 6 units, platform width: 1200 mm, platform length: 1200 mm, platform height: 500 mm, platform with safety barriers.

4) Loading grippers for recyclable materials: 8 units,

With pivoting wheels and handles for attaching big bags.

5) Ballasted conveyor belt on a rotating axle and two running wheels: 1 unit,
Conveyor length: 8000 mm, working width: 600 mm,
Hopper: length 1200 mm, width 1000 mm, height 1000 mm above the ground,
Ascent height: 3700 mm, EP 400/3 rubber belt with 60 mm T-cleats, 500 mm, fixed speed 0.4 m/s, conveyor belt with STOP safety switch.
6) Sorting line, equipped with an electrical distribution box, safety stop switches, and a 32A / 5 and 15m long connector of the power cable with rubber insulation.
7) The system has a 12-month warranty.
8) The system has a CE certificate.
