Furnace chamber made entirely of stainless steel, double-walled for water cooling. Horizontal design for easy loading and unloading and good accessibility for maintenance and servicing.
Internal graphite box for precise guidance of process gases. Equipped with post-cleaned graphite components. Automatic control of the entire process sequence.

Usable batch chamber (Width x Height x Length): 840 x 815 x 1000 mm.
Total length of the graphite box: approx. 1100 mm.
Maximum operating temperature under partial pressure: 1500 °C.
Under vacuum: 1700 °C.
