Machine Profile: Schlatter MG900 PG12

The Schlatter MG900 is a high-performance, fully refurbished resistance welding line, specifically designed for the production of wire mesh panels. It can process wire diameters of up to 12 mm with a maximum mesh width of 1,250 mm and a length of up to 3,000 mm. The machine has undergone comprehensive modernization to ensure maximum efficiency and flexibility in production.

- Upgraded to a high-precision servo axis.
- Magazine feeders for wires up to 3,000 mm in length.
MG12.4 Mesh Welding Machine
- Fitted with 6 transformers.
- Four (4) Schlatter welding presses, 5 kN each.
- Machine upgraded to 12 welding presses.

Cross Wire Feeder QFD34
- Allows double wire insertion for two different line wires.
- Note: The second tier is not yet installed in the photos.

Mesh Extraction MVL

- Driven by MS2N servo motor with CtrlX by Bosch Rexroth.
- Equipped with three Schlatter mesh grippers (expandable on request).

Mesh Stacking Unit MS
- Automatic stacking of mesh panels (travel distance 3,100 mm).

- Siemens S7 TIA machine control system.
- Rexroth CtrlX components for high-dynamic motion control.

Longitudinal Wire Loader LFE
