The Multiskan FC covers a wavelength range of 340 to 850 nm, enabling a variety of different applications, from enzyme kinetic studies to Lowry assays. The instrument performs fast and accurate measurements. For example, a complete measurement of a 96-well plate is possible in less than seven seconds. The instrument is equipped with a linear shaker as standard. A model with an incubator reaches incubation temperatures up to 50 °C and is capable of reading 384-well microplates. The SkanIt software supports optimal use of the instrument through a visual workflow, effortless data analysis, and export functions.

Pre-installed Filters

Equipped with a filter wheel with eight positions and three standard filters, 405, 450, and 620 nm. Additional filters are easy to install and can be ordered.
