1994 Wolfking C250 Uni Industrial Meat Mincer/Grinder

Key Features:
• 50HP motor
• Guomao ZDY high-torque helical gearbox
• Stainless auger and double knife setup
• Handles bones, frozen, and fresh meat at ~6 tons/hour
• Recently fitted Schneider Altivar soft starter for optimal performance and energy efficiency

History & Refurbishments:
• Purchased 2021; full refurbishment (£9,500) including drive motor, gearbox, chassis components, and custom 0.75m³ stainless hopper (receipt included)
• April 2024 upgrade (£1,500): new electronic controls, Schneider Altivar soft starter, remote/emergency stop switches, and AC/DC converter

Condition & Maintenance:
• ~350 hours of use (fresh chicken, lungs, liver, hearts only)
• Regular maintenance: 3-month gearbox oil changes; food-grade grease after each use/washdown
• Underutilized; not run at full capacity
