Gas Cylinder Shot Blasting Machine

CETINGIL Gas Cylinder Shot Blasting Machine

Gas Cylinder Shot Blasting Machine is a specialized industrial surface-treatment system used to clean, descale, and prepare gas cylinders (like LPG, industrial gas bottles) before repainting, refurbishing, or further processing.
✅ What It Does
It propels steel shots at high velocity onto the cylinder’s surface inside an enclosed chamber. This process:
Iiedexun T Sopfx Akveh
Removes rust, old paint, and surface contaminants
Provides a uniform roughened profile for better paint adhesion (surface preparation)
Improves structural inspection accuracy (detecting dents, cracks, corrosion)
Restores cylinders to safe working condition for reuse
Typical configuration includes:
Component Function
Blast Chamber Containment of blasting process
Blast Wheels / Turbines Propel abrasive media at high speed
Work Handling System Conveyor, roller, or rotation devices for cylinders
Abrasive Recovery System Collects used shots for recycling
Dust Collector Removes blasting dust for environmental compliance
