Main features:
- Manual loading and unloading of the glass sheet for printing is done on the loading/unloading conveyor.
- Loading the glass sheet and positioning it for printing is done from the front by the operator.
- Lowering the screen and moving the squeegee (forward and backward movement) is done automatically.
- The machine is equipped with a blower to create an air cushion (necessary for easy movement of the glass parts on the work surface) and a vacuum system (necessary for fixing the parts during printing).
- The machine is equipped with stoppers that define the edges of the work surface on two sides (allowing for accurate placement of the part to be printed).
- The upper part of the machine folds down from the rear hinges, facilitating access for the operator to load and unload the glass part.
- Mitsubishi PLC with HCU (Human Computer Interface) that provides a user-friendly interface and intuitive controls.
