Construction and Technology

The CORMAK MM2315Q edge sander is built on a heavy-duty steel frame, providing exceptional rigidity and resistance to deformation under load. The 1.1 kW three-phase 400 V motor delivers stable belt speed of 840 m/min, ensuring efficient and consistent material removal.

The sanding unit features an adjustable sanding angle from 0° to 45°, enabling precise edge and end-grain sanding at various angles, making it ideal for finishing operations and machining irregularly shaped components. The precision belt tensioning system maintains optimal belt tension, extending abrasive belt life while ensuring smooth and stable operation.

Precision and Performance

The large 790 × 221 mm worktable and a maximum sanding length of 790 mm allow accurate machining of large workpieces. The height-adjustable worktable and the additional 514 × 221 mm auxiliary contour sanding table provide excellent support and precise guidance, even when working with complex shapes.
