Elumatec SBZ 130

Elumatec SBZ 130 is a 3-axis profile machining centre designed for efficient processing of aluminium, steel, and stainless steel profiles. All operations, such as milling, drilling, and tapping, are performed on a stationary profile, which protects its surface.

Axes: 3-axis control, with tool spindle as an additional axis.
Machining length (X-axis): 7200 mm
Travel (Y-axis): Typically 485 mm (max. 60 m/min).
Travel (Z-axis): Typically 340 mm (max. 60 m/min).
Spindle speed: Standard 6000 rpm or optionally high-speed spindle (18,000 rpm).
Spindle power: 5.5 kW.
Tool magazine: Integrated 8-position turret or 4 angle heads, ensuring short tool changeover times.
Control: Windows operating system with eluCam software. 18.5” PC panel with USB ports and network connection.
Clamping system: Automatic positioning of pneumatic clamps.
Compressed air supply: 7 bar.
