Emmegi Phantomatic M4 L

CNC machining center with 4 controlled axes and automatic spindle rotation (0-180°). This enables the machine to reach all 3 profile sides of the workpiece without manual repositioning. The machine is equipped with a water-cooled spindle capable of 20,000 rpm. It is suitable for machining profile bars or parts made of aluminum, PVC, light metal alloys, and steel up to 2 mm. Features a manual tool magazine with 9 slots and an automatic tool magazine with 4 slots on the left side of the enclosure. Additionally, it has a second automatic tool magazine with 4 slots on the right side of the enclosure. The profile is positioned by a pneumatically operated stop on the left, and secured by 4 robust clamps that are positioned and monitored automatically. With a second pneumatic stop on the right-hand side, processing of long bars—twice the machining length (overlength machining)—is possible.

A movable clamping area also simplifies loading and unloading of workpieces and considerably increases the maximum workable cross-section.

- Shape software for creating custom machining operations and for importing machining drawings/contours
- An additional tool magazine
