ERBA EVP-RA 550 Rundvibrator mit Separierung

The EVP-RA 550 vibratory finishing machine from ERBA features a rising process channel floor with integrated separation facility. It is equipped with an easily interchangeable screening unit and stands out for its high operational efficiency, thanks to the integrated drop step. Emptying or separation is performed via the integrated flap (manual/pneumatic). For higher load requirements, reinforced suspension and a heavy-duty motor can be fitted upon request. The motor speed can be steplessly adjusted using a frequency inverter (optional). Owing to its side discharge, the EVP-RA 550 can be linked with other machines to form a processing line. The system can also be supplied with a fully automated PLC control unit (optional).

ERBA vibratory finishing systems are renowned for their durability and long service life, which is largely due to the hot cast polyurethane lining of the process chamber.
