FICEP Flex FRC 1201 coping robot
The Ficep FRC 1201 coping machine is part of the latest process in automatic CNC controlled thermal coping process.
This modern CNC-controlled coping robot system is suitable for fast thermal cutting and notching of profile types H / U / L / flat and square tubes. The steel profile is positioned in the system at the position to be cut using a pulling gripper measuring carriage via the roller conveyor. A robot arm with the cutting units (oxyfuel or plasma) cuts the profiles at the selected position. The cut or notched finished components either fall into the collecting tray or are pushed out of the system by the measuring arm. Thermal cutting units: This Ficep profile support notching system Flex FRC 1201 is equipped for thermal cutting with oxyfuel and/or plasma. A Hypertherm HYPERFORMANCE PLASMA HPR 260 XD suitable for material thicknesses up to 32 mm is used as the plasma power source. Thicker material thicknesses or phase cuts greater than 32 mm are cut with the oxyfuel cutting unit.
Transport system: On the infeed side in front of the Ficep Flex FRC notching system is a chain drag cross conveyor with a length of 11,150 mm. The profiles (components) can be conveyed in both directions. The profiles are then transported into the machine on a stable roller conveyor with a gripper measuring carriage. The system is designed for 12 m long profiles and therefore has 12 m roller conveyors with a roller conveyor width of 1. 300 mm on the infeed side and 12 m on the outfeed side.300 mm. 4 chain tractors with a length of 6,450 mm are available after the notching system to transport the finished components to the outfeed side.
Mitrol CNC control and Pegaso software: The system is controlled by a modern CNC control system from Mitrol. The reliable CNC control is from Ficep's own manufacturer Mitrol with the Pegaso software including remote maintenance option and data transfer interface.
