In very good condition, the machine has been used very little and is in absolutely like-new condition; it comes from an educational institution.
It can be used to drill dowel holes and similar.
The machine has a BKF-5 drilling head with 5 drill chucks, M10 internal thread. The distance between the drill chucks is 32 mm horizontally and 25 mm vertically.
The entire drilling head can be swiveled 360° with a degree indicator and various scales. A standard 2-jaw chuck can also be used.
You will also receive 3 additional drill chucks for drills with a cylindrical shank of 12 or 16 mm, and for drills with an M10 external thread.
The machine table is 1100 mm wide and 250 mm deep. There is a stop at the front that can be recessed if needed.
For the production of dowel joints, there are 2 adjustable angle stops on the machine table, which can be set with an accurate scale. In addition, there are two 2500 mm long stop rails with 2 folding stops and a scale each; these stop rails can be mounted on the left and right.
The machine drills completely automatically, which was problematic with larger drill diameters. For this reason, the machine has been converted to manual feed via a feed lever and switch.
The workpiece is clamped with 2 pneumatic clamping cylinders; the switch is located directly on the clamping cylinder.

With this machine, you can produce all types of frame dowel joints, at right angles, butt joints, and miter joints.
Ideal for the production of dowel joints in timber frame construction, furniture, door and window construction, and similar applications. Stairs can be manufactured very well due to the swiveling capability.
The drilling unit can be swiveled to both sides up to 65° with a scale and has a detent at 0°. This allows handrails to be drilled very well into stair stringers with the machine.
Due to the stops, the drilling head, and the construction of the machine, dowel joints are produced in a very short time, which makes the machine very economical.
The machine requires a compressed air connection of 6 bar (the air consumption is very low).

The max. drilling height is 100 mm; the drilling height is adjusted at the front under the machine table with a handwheel. The height can be read on a very precise, mechanical counter.
The max. drilling hole depth is 190 mm with a stop and scale.
The max. workpiece height is 360 mm.
