This large-scale, insulated vertical tank from the German leader in process equipment technology, Heinz Oesterwiemann GmbH, is an advanced storage and buffer unit with a substantial nominal capacity of 98,500 liters. The unit was specifically designed for large food processing plants (meat processing plants, processing facilities, slaughterhouses, breweries), where maintaining a stable temperature of the process medium while minimizing heat loss is crucial. The tank operated as an industrial buffer for hot process water in a temperature range of 5 °C to 70 °C, supporting processes such as CIP cleaning, brewing, or boiler feeding.

The construction is based on the highest quality acid-resistant steel, guaranteeing durability and absolute chemical inertness. The tank is equipped with efficient thermal insulation to protect the medium from cooling.
