Grinding area:

500 x 200 x 400 mm (400 mm clearance between grinding spindle centre and table)

New electrics and control system:

- Complete new electrical system, rewiring and conversion to 24V control voltage
- 5.5 kW Siemens grinding spindle motor, eliminating the need for a generator cabinet, stepless speed control
- Sensor-controlled switching points for X and Z axes
- Cross-table control via Siemens frequency inverter and PLC
- 2-axis digital measuring system
- Programmable end stop for vertical/Y-axis
- Cross-table control repositioned to eye level
- Machine controls at the usual position, with individual shut-off function

Machine condition:

- Geometrically overhauled
- Grinding spindle run-out within 3 µm
- Completely new VDE-compliant electrics
- 5.5 kW grinding spindle drive with new control system, no more control cabinet
- Professionally repainted in RAL 7035 / 7012
- CE declaration of conformity
