500 x 200 x 400 mm (400 mm between the center of the grinding spindle and the table)

New electrical system and control:

- Completely new electrical system, wiring, and conversion to a 24V control voltage
- 5.5 kW Siemens grinding spindle motor, eliminating the need for a generator cabinet, with stepless speed control

- Sensor control of the switching points of the X and Z axes
- Cross table control via Siemens frequency converter and PLC
- 2-axis digital measuring system
- Programmable end-of-travel limit switch for the vertical/Y-axis
- Adjustment of the cross table controls to eye level
- Machine control at the usual position, with individual switch-off function

Condition of the machine:

- Geometrically overhauled
- Grinding spindle runout within 3 µm
- Completely new electrical system, compliant with VDE standards
- 5.5 kW grinding spindle drive with new control, no rack required
- Professional new paint job in RAL 7035 / 7012
- CE declaration of conformity

- 24V magnetic control with holding force regulation and demagnetization
