It is designed for the production of:

• Integrated elongation and flattening unit
• Weight range:
- for marked buns from 25g to 75g dough piece weight – output:
from 1,800 pieces/h to 2,640 pieces/h,
- for unmarked buns 80g - 125g dough piece weight – output:
from 1,800 pieces/h to 3,960 pieces/h.
• Fermentation time: approx. 6 minutes at an output of 2,000 pieces/h
• Dough types: wheat, whole wheat, yeast dough, donuts.
• Single-person operation
