GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

A self-contained, dedicated tooling system designed for a specific operation within an automated production line. It features a robust, open central frame and standardized, heavy-duty mounting units. The tool directly interfaces with industrial robots in a thermal hazard zone, incorporating advanced installation safety features and a dedicated system for dissipating stray currents.

COMPONENT LIST:

1. DESTACO brand main welding clamps with opening angle control – 20 pieces. Equipped with a mechanical angle indicator (range 5-135°) to facilitate collision-free loading.

2. Eye bolts (lifting lugs) – 4 pieces.

3. Copper grounding blocks (welding grounding) – approximately 2 connection points. Thick copper connections protect the electronics and positioner bearings from welding current.

4. Electro-pneumatic junction box (I/O connection box) – 1 piece. A collective housing for signals from inductive sensors, facilitating communication with the PLC controller.

5. Base blocks (NC blocks) with an X, Y, Z coordinate plate – approximately 25 pieces. Base pillars (so-called shims) guaranteeing perfect spatial positioning of the part.

6. Pneumatic installation in red protective sleeves – a complete supply line hidden within fire-resistant covers, safely routed inside the profiles and through edge feedthroughs.

7. Base frame with a process stand – 1 set. Consists of a galvanized working frame and a black service stand for offline maintenance tasks.
