General Description:
Complete roll forming line designed for the production of zinc-coated steel profiles used in drywall structures and door frame systems.
The machine processes galvanized steel strips with thicknesses typically ranging from 0.6 mm to 1.0 mm, featuring quick roller adjustment depending on the required profile type.

• U-Shaped Profiles for False Ceilings: 27×60×27 mm, sheet thickness 0.6 mm
• Offset Profiles for False Ceilings: 20×29×28 mm, sheet thickness 0.6 mm

- Zinc-Coated Door Frame Profiles (10/10 mm):
• Complete range from ART. 201 to ART. 217, including L, U, Z and special shapes
• Variable dimensions: widths from 20 to 46 mm, heights from 15 to 31 mm, customizable configurations available
