The system consists of a large insulated stainless‑steel drying cabinet with infrared heaters, a separate control cabinet and a loading ramp.

Drying system for several gas cylinders at the same time (industrial design)

Infrared heating with OSRAM THERATHERM 250 W emitters

Insulated stainless‑steel housing with reflective inner lining

Solid base frame with transport frame / rollers

Separate electrical control cabinet including:

Temperature controller

Ammeters for heating circuits

Hour counters (heating rods / lamps)

Drying phase counter

Push buttons incl.: bottle drying ON/OFF, Start/Stop, heating phase ON, vacuum/underpressure, valves, emptying, reset

Main switch

Upper pipe manifold with several gas / vacuum connections and valves

Aluminium loading ramp for moving cylinders into the unit
