This new universal washing machine cleans dishes, transport baskets, GN kitchen containers, pots, cutlery, trays, and even glasses. Thanks to its spacious usable interior – with a pass-through height of 555 mm – items up to 650 x 530 mm (2/1 Gastronorm) can be hygienically washed. This makes it the ideal partner for butcheries and bakeries, as well as for universal use in communal catering and as a commercial dishwasher in gastronomy.
