Description
Electro-hydraulic semi-automatic band saw SHARK 282 SXI EVO with semi-automatic-dynamic manual function, has MEP-28 control for miter cuts from 45° right to 60° left.

Semi-automatic function:

At cycle start occurs: - Vise closes and motor starts - Saw head lowers for cut - Motor shuts off - Saw head raises - Vise opens.

Semi-automatic dynamic system (manual lowering of the saw band to the desired position and cycle start via the manual button).

Some features:

New centralized control panel on articulated arm to allow the operator to easily switch from any working position.
Control panel with low voltage:
Membrane keypad in polyester with thermoformed highlighted
Push buttons and actuation control signal.
Display to show:
* Diagnostics (messages in user language).

* Counting of the cuts

Stroke of the saw bow programmable directly from the control panel, for adaptation to the material to be cut.

Manually operated band tension control with display on the screen by means of electronic converter.
Base frame with extendable coolant tray.
Electric coolant pump for cooling and lubrication of the saw band.
Preparation for the installation of the minimum lubrication kit of the saw band (optional), in addition to the conventional standard lubrication with emulsion oil.
