EDM32 Wire EDM Machine

The EDM32 Wire Electrical Discharge Machine is a precision CNC machine designed for electro-erosion machining of electrically conductive materials. It is an ideal solution for toolmaking, mold manufacturing, and the production of precision components requiring high dimensional accuracy and excellent surface finish.

The machine efficiently cuts complex profiles and intricate geometries in both single-piece and serial production. Its rigid construction and optimized machining parameters ensure reliable performance, excellent repeatability, and high productivity.

The EDM32 supports taper cutting up to ±6°, allowing greater machining flexibility. It uses wire diameters from 0.12 to 0.25 mm, enabling highly accurate machining of demanding workpieces while achieving a surface finish of 1.6–2.5 Ra, minimizing the need for secondary finishing operations.

With a maximum table load of 400 kg, the machine is capable of machining heavy workpieces without compromising precision.
