The OPS INGERSOLL wire erosion machine GANTRY 1200 HSJ / 64-bit, manufactured in 2006, has undergone a comprehensive and professional overhaul in our facility and is in very good technical and visual condition.

During the overhaul, the machine was disassembled to over 70%. All relevant wear parts were carefully inspected.

The following overhaul work was carried out on the machine mentioned above:

Replacement of the ball screw drive and ball bearings of the X, Y and Z axes.
Replacement of all (4) ball screw drives of the tank drive.
Inspection and testing of the C-axis for tightness and accuracy.
Geometric inspection of all axes according to the OPS INGERSOLL protocol.
Thorough cleaning of the entire machine base.
Cleaning of the entire working tank including replacement of the felt wipers.
Complete repainting of the machine.
Overhaul of the dielectric pumps.
Replacement of all hydraulic and dielectric lines.
Replacement of all pneumatic lines.
Cleaning of the control cabinet, generator and the control system.
Replacement of all fans and batteries.
Overhaul or replacement of all power supplies, units and servo amplifiers.

Laser measurement after the machine overhaul.

Finally, the machine was subjected to an extensive erosion test in accordance with the quality and testing specifications of OPS INGERSOLL.

The machine is immediately ready for use and is ideally suited for reliable production operation.
