This combination oven/steamer offers space for 20 x 2/1 or 40 x 1/1 GN containers. In automatic mode, the unit automatically recognizes the ideal cooking path, the size of the food, the quantity loaded, and the product-specific requirements for 7 applications (meat, fish, poultry, side dishes, egg dishes, baked goods, and finishing).
