This UltraVent hood features patented condensation technology, which captures and removes steam and vapors. Complex exhaust ductwork is no longer necessary. No external vent connection required. Installation is simple and can even be carried out retroactively at any time. Ideal for use in small kitchens, sales areas in butcher shops, bakeries, snack bars, and catering services.
