- Electrical sensing of clamping jaws (tool removal monitoring to prevent unintended retraction of the broaching bridge)
- Coolant swing system with solenoid valve operated during swing motion (for switching on coolant before broaching stroke – optical flow control ensures lubrication, no dry cutting!)
- Routing of electrical cables in protective steel conduits
- Heavy-duty control cabinet mounting for machine components
- Additional oil-proof drip tray on the control cabinet
- Three-sided closed splash guard cabin (W = 960 x D = 450 x H = 590 mm)
- Reinforced chip screen with magnetic separator
- Control panel made of stainless steel with durable labeling
- 4 central lubrication points for trapezoidal spindle drive

Remarks:
The machine has been completely overhauled, the machine body fully refurbished. All wear parts have been replaced.
- New trapezoidal spindles and spindle nuts made from cast wear-resistant bronze
- All bearings and seals renewed
- The coolant system (pump, solenoid valve, and drain tap), including the coolant/lubrication swing system, is new
- The clamping jaws are new
- Complete electrical system (control cabinet) is new
- All sheet metal and enclosures are new
- The following components have been overhauled and re-used:
- Machine base
- Machine column
- Machine table with table insert
- Broaching bridge (clamping jaws new)
- Gear wheels
- Electric motor (new brake, new bearings)

The machine is stored in our warehouse and can be inspected under power.

The CE marking corresponds to the status as of 1998 (first overhaul).
