Stone trap & iron separator

This stone separator can be used to remove rolling materials. Its primary application is for stone removal in compost, biomass, and screening overflow processing, where large quantities of stones can be separated. The best results can be achieved when used with a defined medium grain fraction (e.g., 40-80 mm).

A magnetic deflector roller is installed for the separation of iron parts. The material is collected under the machine via the metal slide and can be caught in a hopper.

Throughput: up to 50 tons per hour (i.e., approximately 100 tons/hour input for a screening machine, since only one fraction is being processed).
Power connection: 16A CEE 5-pole three-phase plug.

The installed suction hood and pressure nozzle can be purchased together to operate the stone separator in conjunction with an air classifier. This allows even light contaminants, such as plastic films, Styrofoam, etc., to be removed.
In combination with the TUKWIND PRO 18 air classifier (separate listing), you have a complete solution for contaminant removal.
