The WatMachinery ZMB1530 6kW is a heavy-duty fiber laser cutting machine from the ZMB series, engineered for fast, precise, and reliable sheet metal processing. The machine is equipped with a Raytools BS06K auto-focus cutting head, Delta / INOVANCE servo drives, Taiwan-made rack transmission, HIWIN / DTX linear guideways, a French Motovario gearbox, and the Cypcut control system. Its robust construction includes a reinforced machine frame, enclosed safety cabin, automatic lubrication system, industrial control cabinet, integrated smoke extraction, and an industrial-grade PC. The ZMB1530 is designed for continuous industrial duty with a 24-hour operating mode, travel speed of 80 m/min on the X and Y axes, and a maximum acceleration of 0.8G. An industrial water cooling system guarantees stable performance of the laser source and protects the machine during extended production cycles.
