The Quadro Filius is a program-controlled machine
designed for the gentle processing of all types of bread roll dough.
The following types of rolls can be produced:
- Rustic rolls, square
Fpodpfx Ajw A Nxzjfzjb
- Triangular rolls
- Seeded sticks

The machine stands out for its high flexibility in the
production of these baked goods for small and medium-sized operations.
It can be combined with downstream seeding units or a rotary table system.
Operation is via a text display.

The machine has been final inspected and tested with dough by our master baker.
