AMTEC VFFS-SYS MHW 50-M ECO

Complete compact vertical packaging system including 10-head multihead weighing unit (1.3 l/head), z conveyor, platform, outfeed conveyor and rotary table for finished products. Suitable for packing of bulk materials with irregular shape such as potato chips, cornflakes, biscuits, peanuts, sweets, shrimps, industrial parts in general such as screws, nails, metal parts or plastic components etc. The vertical packaging machine (VFFS) is equipped with PLC (control via color touchscreen user interface, different languages available e.g. English, German, etc.), date printer, automatic program set-up, mark sensor registration control, quick change former assembly, pneumatic sealing unit, servo motor film pulling, double pulling possible, air expeller/exhausting device (expels air from the bag before closing – vacuum is not generated), supporting device of finished bags, euro hole punching device, suitable for OPP and PE film (possibly additional costs for the PE unit). - Specifications of VFFS packaging machine: filling range: 150-1200ml; film width: max. 420mm; bag size (mm): min.-max. Rotary table to collect finished bags from outfeed conveyor. Speed is adjustable; diameter of table: 1200mm (standard); stainless steel 304; 220V, 0.37kW. Stainless steel platform, required to get access to the weighing unit and upper part of packaging machine, dimensions LxWxH: approx. 2x2x2m. Total dimensions of complete system approximately L3200xW3200xH3600mm, depending on final layout. Generally the system has to be customized to meet individual customer/product requirements. Therefore deviations of shown specifications of modules and machines are possible.
